Age categories are determined as of 31 December 2026. A rider who turns 17 on or before 31 December 2026 is not eligible for Junior U17 this season.
CCM will email you a discount code for the CNZ licensing portal. Needed for national events. Not required for club-only racing.
Transactional emails (payment confirmations, invoices) are always sent.
If something happens on a ride we need to know who to call. This is only ever used in an emergency and held securely.
Shared with event organisers and first aiders only when relevant to your safety.
You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting the secretary.
This form is collected by Cuddon Cycling Marlborough (Cycling Marlborough Incorporated). We use your details to run your membership — confirming payment, contacting you about club matters, and, for riders, holding the emergency contact and medical information our race-day officials rely on if you're hurt.
Your information is stored securely, is seen only by the club's committee administrators, and is never sold or passed to anyone else except where the law requires. Medical details are used only for event safety.
