Your category is set by your age on 31 December this year — 19 or over is a Senior Rider, under 19 is a Junior Rider. This is separate from race-day age categories such as JU17 and JU19.
Account access is a second email that can log in and manage this rider's entries — for example a step-parent, grandparent, or coach who isn't the guardian above. Leave blank if the guardian will handle everything.
Getting a Cycling NZ licence? Once your membership has been confirmed, you can get a club code from My membership. A licence is needed for national events, not for club racing.
Transactional emails (payment confirmations, invoices) are always sent.
If something happens on a ride we need to know who to call. This is only ever used in an emergency and held securely.
Shared with event organisers and first aiders only when relevant to your safety.

This form is collected by Cuddon Cycling Marlborough (Cycling Marlborough Incorporated). We use your details to run your membership — confirming payment, contacting you about club matters, and, for riders, holding the emergency contact and medical information our race-day officials rely on if you're hurt.
As an affiliated club, we're required to share our member register (name, contact details and date of birth) with Cycling Road Track & Cyclocross New Zealand (RTXNZ) on request, for affiliation and voting purposes. RTXNZ may hold this in conjunction with Cycling New Zealand.
Your information is stored securely, is seen only by the club's committee administrators, and is never sold, and not passed to anyone else except RTXNZ as above or where the law requires. Medical details are used only for event safety.
