Ray Dunstan was a comfortable victor in Cuddon Cycling Marlborough’s Cycle World Series time trial no2 at Fairhall last Wednesday evening.
Windy conditions didn’t deter Dunstan as he flew over the New Renwick Road course in 21m 12s which was 44 seconds quicker than the first event 3 weeks ago. Conway Taylor (21m 41s) recorded second place again with Jono Lee (22m 10s) in third place. The sealed handicap was easily won by Steve Smith (8min) who roared over the course 4m 30s quicker than last time. The consistent Lee Griggs (3m 45s) was second just 3 seconds ahead of Callum Saunders (3m) and another 3 seconds to Martin Fletcher (3m 45s).
